2012 Earth Day Tree Give Away! On Saturday, April 21, DCT handed out over 450 FREE Spruce/Fir Seedlings to Dennis residents that came to the South Dennis Transfer Station! DCT celebrates Earth Day by encouraging the planting of native species. A big thanks to Dennis DPW and Hart Farm Nursery for sponsoring the event! Click here for Pictures & Summary!
On Friday, October 7, DCT hosted a walk at Crowes Pasture Conservation Area in East Dennis. Over 25 supporters enjoyed a 2-mile walk through the upland forest habitat along Quivet Creek, through the meadow, and down to the beach over-looking Cape Cod Bay.
